In this online workshop throughout May 2025 you will:

learn key tips and tools used for building your use of your Collaborative skills from colleagues around the world who are regularly engaged in Collaborative Process cases.

refresh your focus on Collaborative Process and its use in your daily practice, whether you have Collaborative cases or not!.

refresh your toolkit for attracting and engaging suitable clients into Collaborative Process.

take small, quick10 minute daily guided actions to enhance your use of Collaborative Practice.

be part of a small, highly engaged group of colleagues, supporting one another and learning together.

Gain 6 months’ free access to our exclusive online community space where you and your fellow learners receive ongoing support to assist you as you work with Collaborative Process.

Earn 3 CPD points by attending both workshops and 1 further CPD point for every 6 x10 minute daily actions you demonstrate having taken throughout the month.

Your Facilitator
Specialising in family law for over 27 years, Selina's practice focuses on assisting families to resolve disputes through mediation and Collaborative practice. She is accredited to the NZLS Family Specialist Panel of Mediators and has been a Collaborative lawyer since 2011. In 2021, she took the step of achieving a long held ambition to make her practice litigation-free!
Selina currently serves as President of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) being only the second person outside of North America to hold this position. She serves on IACP's Board of Directors and as a member or co-Chair of several IACP Committees. She is a past Chair of Collaborative Resolution NZ (CRNZ). Her work in Collaborative law was recognised in 2024 when she was named one of NZ Lawyer's Most Influential Lawyers in the Changemaker category. She regularly attends overseas education events in Collaborative Process and has completed
"Training for Trainers" with IACP.
Selina has previously worked as a contract lecturer in dispute resolution at AUT University. She is regularly invited to present at conferences here and overseas about aspects of Collaborative Process.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the workshop in the event of insufficient registrations. In the event of us cancelling the workshop, a full refund will be paid.

Our planning for your workshop experience relies on knowing well in advance exactly who is attending. You may cancel your registration 15 days in advance of the first session of your event and you will receive a refund less a 15% administration fee. No refund is payable for cancellations made less than 15 days before the commencement of the event but you may transfer your registration to another attendee provided notice of this is given to us by email within 3 days of the event commencing.
